Clearview Clinic is a licensed private residential inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre registered with the department of Health and Social Development with practice no. 0427942.
HOW LONG IS THE TREATMENT OFFERED?
Clearview Clinic offers short term acute (21-24 days), extended treatment (6weeks) and long-term treatment plan (3MONTHS) that is supervised by our experienced professional multi-disciplinary team. Treatment caters for both local and international clients.
WHAT is THE CRITERIA FOR STAYING LONGER THAN 21-24 DAYS?
This is based on the clients need, severity of addiction and progress from the treatment program. Medical aid covers 21-24 day for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. If you would want to stay longer than 21-24 days, private/cash charges will apply. Private/cash clients who wish to stay longer than 21-24 days treatment, cash charges will also apply.
WHAT TYPE OF TREATMENT DOES CLEARVIEW CLINIC OFFER?
Clearview clinic offers an intensive holistic inpatient rehabilitation program for ADULTS and ADOLESCENTS (boys 12-18yrs). The core treatment approach is the internationally accredited 12 steps treatment model integrated with narrative, didactic (Educational) and cognitive behavior therapy. The rehabilitation program is revolutionary as it rests philosophically on the foundation of integrative approach to addiction.
DOES CLEARVIEW CLINIC OFFER TREATMENT FOR NYAOPE, HEROIN, CAT, COCAINE ALCOHOL, DAGGA AND OTHER DRUG ADDICTIONS?
Yes. Clearview Clinic offers a fresh world class approach to addiction therapy, a professional medically supervised treatment plan and an intensive rehabilitation program coupled with a zero-tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol. This caters for individuals struggling with alcohol, nyaope, heroin, dagga and all other drug addictions.
DOES CLEARVIEW CLINIC CATER FOR CLIENTS WITH DUAL DIAGNOSIS PROBLEMS?
Yes. Clearview Clinics treatment caters for individuals with dual diagnosis
conditions (Individuals with substance addiction problems in combination with underlying psychiatric conditions).
WHAT TYPE OF PROGRAM DOES CLEARVIEW CLINIC OFFER?
Treatment at Clearview Clinic is personalized to meet your individual needs. Individual
and group counselling, 12- Steps meetings, education about the disease of addiction, relapse prevention planning, recreation, equine therapy, family session, spiritual support and occupational therapy are part of programs offered?
HOW MUCH DOES TREATMENT COST?
Clearview Clinic accepts medical aids and medical aids cover for the costs of the treatment. Cash paying clients are also accepted. Treatment at Clearview Clinic includes medical detoxification, therapy sessions and programs supervised by our multi- disciplinary team, meals are prepared by our in-house chefs and a range of other beneficial services.
WHAT IS THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE?
Admission are made on bookings and referrals. Furthermore,Intake is done during the week from 8:00am till 16:00pm. Arrangements must be made for admissions after office hours. You can call us to make a booking for the day in which you would like to be admitted on. Depending on which medical aid you are using, a referral letter from a General practitioner must be brought along on admission for medical aid patients.
WHAT MUST I BRING ALONG UPON ADMISSION?
On admission patients must be in possession of an ID, medical aid card if you will be using your medical aid, referral letter depending on which medical aid you are using , bank card if you will be paying cash or proof of 50% payment and cloths for the duration of the stay . We encourage residents to wear casual clothing suitable to the season.
DOES CLEARVIEW CLINIC ONLY ACCOMMODATE ADULTS?
Clearview Clinic has facilities for adults and adolescents. Our adult unit can accommodate males and females. Our youth unit can accommodate boys aged 12-18 years old. Specialised treatment for adolescents struggling with substance abuse includes above treatment streamlined to address individual need.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDE AT CLEARVIEW CLINIC – DRUG AND ALCOHOL REHABILITATION?
Clearview Clinic has a structured daily schedule that includes a numbers of different recovery related programs. Depending on the objectives of the day, activities may include equine therapy, group counselling, individual counselling, 12-Step meetings, art therapy, Spiritual support, family reintegration session, recreational activities and individual therapy sessions.
I THINK I HAVE A DRUG/ALCOHOL PROBLEM BUT IM NOT AN ADDICT.HOW WILL I KNOW IF IM THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO BE ADMITTED AT A DRUG AND ALCOHOL REHAB CENTRE?
Upon admission, all clients go through an assessment done by one of our professional disciplinary team. Based on the outcome of the assessment, a recommendation will be made on whether you are the correct candidate for an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic or a candidate for outpatient program or other institutions.
